Online support

Are you just getting started with Visual Components and looking for some help? Maybe you have some questions about how to use a specific feature or application? The answers to your questions might already be available online.

  • Visual Components Academy is our online learning center. It includes dozens of video tutorials, webinars, and guides to help you learn the different features and applications of Visual Components products.
  • The Forum is an online community of Visual Components users, where members can ask questions, share expertise and engage in discussion.

Licensing

License support is given to all customers with a valid license. If you encounter problems with licensing or registering your software, please contact licensing@visualcomponents.com.

You can contact the support team by email at support@visualcomponents.com. We’re available weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 8:00 – 15:00 Central European Time (CET). Questions to support will be replied to within three working days.

Note: Only customers with a valid maintenance subscription are able to submit support requests. When contacting the support team, please have the following information available:

  • Your product key
  • Version of VC software
  • Detailed description of your problem (screen shots, error codes)
  • Attach .vcmx file(s)

Training

Whether you’re new to Visual Components software, want to strengthen existing skillsets, or learn new areas of the application, we provide personalized trainings to address the specific needs of your team or organization.

Learning is the focus of our trainings. Materials cover basic concepts, theories, practical exercises, and provide in-depth explanations of feature capabilities plus tips and tricks to help you work smarter. Trainings complement the lessons, courses, and webinars available for self-study in our Academy.

Standard training sessions take place online over 1-2 days for Essentials, and up to 3-4 days for Professional and Premium. We can always provide additional workshops that focus on your projects or pain points upon request.
