We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to strengthen our multicultural team of professionals at our Espoo headquarters. Currently our office consist of 37 people from 12 different nationalities working in 5 different teams: administration, sales, marketing, product development and customer support. Although your position will be inside the Administration team, you will work together with everyone across the whole organization.

The position is full time during the summer with a possibility to work 20-30 hours a week from the beginning of September.

The daily tasks carried out by our future Administrative Coordinator include:

  • Processing orders
  • Sales invoicing
  • Coordinating with accounting
  • Customer service
  • Assisting the management and sales in their everyday work
  • Preparing, managing and maintaining company documents
  • Making sure the office is kept tidy and in order
  • Taking care of changing tasks around the office

Requirements for the applicant:

  • Degree or studying in Business Administration or similar
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
  • Task oriented, proactive and independent, can-do attitude
  • Positive and adaptable personality
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, any other language is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of the software industry is considered an advantage

We are looking for a Test Developer to join our growing development team in Espoo. In this position, you get to test and develop Visual Component’s 3D manufacturing simulation software. Your main responsibilities include manual testing of the software, creating automation test cases using Team Foundation Server, and collaboration with our developers. You will get a unique chance to contribute to the development of the company’s applications for desktop, mobile, and VR/AR platforms.

Our ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and an “eye for details”. You don’t have to be a professional yet but we are looking for someone who has got the willingness and attitude to deepen their skills in software development, testing and automation testing. Previous working experience in the field is seen as an advantage. Good teamwork skills also come in handy in this position. It is possible to discuss part-time employment (minimum 25 h / week) for a couple of months in the beginning if you are finishing your studies.

We are looking for an Application Engineer to join our growing team in Espoo. You will work with our simulation specialists as well as partners from world-leading machine builders, system integrators, and manufacturers. You get to help our clients to troubleshoot their simulation projects and provide simulation examples on different topics. You will also participate in Quality and Assurance tasks in form of software testing, bug analysis, and verification. We especially appreciate analytical problem-solving skills along with the ability to adapt and learn new things fast. Your skills should include:
