Job Description:

Visual Components Group is growing globally and is now searching for a Customer Engagement Coordinator to help supporting our growing team in sales and administrative functions. In this position you will provide support to Visual Components North America (VCNA) sales team in terms of lead follow-up, CRM maintenance and trade show support. Additionally, this position will perform typical administrative type functions to support VCNA General Manager and VCNA team as required.

Internal Sales Responsibilities:

  • Researching potential leads from CRM leads, business directories, web searches, or other digital sources
  • Using the CRM to maintain a list of prospect clients
  • Presenting information about the software levels to potential clients
  • Answering prospects follow up questions after initial contact
  • Working with the sales team to generate quotes for software and services
  • Working with management to track monthly and quarterly KPIs
  • Working with management and the sales team to build partner network
  • Processing orders based on acceptable terms
  • Attending shows and marketing events as required

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Travel arrangements through concur (or equivalent)
  • Manage expense reports through concur (or equivalent)
  • Manage meal activities for sales team in support of on-site (or nearby local) customer training
  • Ensure that office supplies are maintained at an adequate level working through Staples (or equivalent) on-line service

Requirements for the applicant:

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Ability to travel for work: less than 20% of working time travel within Americas required
  • Knowledge in CRM, for example Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience in Office Administrator and/or Sales positions

Job description:

We are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our growing team in our Munich office!

Visual Components solutions help companies plan, simulate, and visualize manufacturing cells and production lines; They help in factory planning to achieve the required production capacity or the desired material throughput faster. Our software solutions are distributed either directly to customers and prospects or via joint activities with sales partners in the respective regions. As an Area Sales Manager, you are responsible for establishing and improving the market acceptance of Visual Components’ product portfolio in a designated sales area (DACH) to achieve annually defined financial and other business goals. You will manage sales and market development of focus products, both existing and newly developed. In this position, you report to the CEO, and you work closely with our technical sales team and our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing a business plan that includes target customer segments and resources, and that covers the needs of customers in the defined industries and sales territories (DACH)
  • Planning and executing sales strategies to increase sales and / or market acceptance of Visual Components’ product portfolio
  • Building strong relationships with customers, channel partners and other internal sales teams
