Standalone licenses are locked to one computer. In order to transfer a standalone license to another machine the key has to be deactivated first. Following are the requirements for a successful automatic activation and deactivation listed:
- Administrator rights
- Internet connection
- Firewall must allow traffic from Visual Components
- License key is free for activation and not licensed on another computer

The user can now deactivate the key from within the software, which allows a much easier and faster license transfer.
The license tab can be found from the menu bar under Tools -> Options. When activating or deactivation a license, please ensure that your computer has a working internet connection. Download a detailed guide for installation and activation of a standalone license here. |
